By accessing or participating in the War of Markets feature on future.fun, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Rules, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not participate.
2. Non-custodial platform
future.fun does not accept, hold, or process user funds and does not provide trading, betting, or execution services.
All trading activity used to calculate leaderboard results occurs exclusively on supported third-party platforms such as Polymarket and Kalshi.
3. Eligibility and registration
Participation is open to anyone with a compatible Web3 wallet.
To appear on leaderboards and compete for rewards, participants must register and link the wallet or account that reflects their trading activity on supported platforms.
Only registered users appear on the leaderboards.
4. Leaderboard scoring and rewards
Rankings are determined using objective, verifiable metrics such as accuracy, realized P&L, and trading volume.
Rewards are allocated according to the final leaderboard standings at the end of each competition period.
Leaderboard adjustments may occur for legitimate reasons such as fraud prevention, data errors, or technical issues.
5. Data and platform limitations
There may be inaccuracies in data, especially from centralized platforms such as Kalshi.
Supported platforms may limit or throttle user data, which can delay or prevent leaderboard updates.
Users must make their trades, positions, and P&L public on supported platforms to appear on the leaderboard.
APIs, endpoints, or data structures from third-party platforms may change without notice, potentially disrupting the leaderboard temporarily or indefinitely.
future.fun takes zero responsibility and assumes no liability for any data failures, delays, inaccuracies, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms, APIs, or infrastructure.
future.fun does not guarantee real-time accuracy, data integrity, or uninterrupted access to leaderboard information.
6. User responsibility
Participants are solely responsible for:
Their own trading activity and outcomes on third-party platforms.
Compliance with any applicable local laws or regulations.
Ensuring the data they make public is accurate and properly linked.
Future.fun provides no legal, tax, or financial advice and bears no responsibility for any participant’s actions or compliance failures.
7. No guarantees
Participation does not guarantee any reward.
Leaderboard positions, scoring systems, or prize pools may change due to legitimate adjustments, technical corrections, or disqualifications.
8. Intellectual property
All content, visuals, design elements, and systems within Future.fun remain the property of Future.fun unless otherwise stated.
Users may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any portion of the platform without prior permission.
9. Dispute resolution and governing law
Any disputes shall follow the dispute resolution process described in the future.fun Terms, including arbitration where applicable.
Participants agree to resolve claims through these internal mechanisms rather than public litigation.
10. Limitation of liability
future.fun and its affiliates, contributors, and partners shall not be liable for any loss, missed opportunity, or damage arising from participation, technical errors, or reliance on leaderboard data.
This includes but is not limited to errors originating from third-party platforms, APIs, or external data sources.
By participating, users acknowledge these risks and waive any claims against Future.fun.
11. Updates and modifications
future.fun may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use or participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
